OCS was hand-made (so to speak) and occasionally looked it - but it was done with meticulous attention to detail and even now the 'special effects' are amazing.
I like the old Cloudbase - even if we never saw very much of the interior (and it would have been great to have seen around the place) but I can see that NCS has had some influence already - Dr Who and the Master, anyone? LOL.
Still, I take my hat off to both production teams - 1960, and 2005 (was it?) for jobs well done within the restrictions of their disciplines.

They might be able to have a fencing match, but sometimes, chewing gum and walking looked to be too much for them to cope with!
