Christine. A mysteron? (I'll probably regret this)
Moderator: Spectrum Strike Force

here are reasons why she could be mysteron=
1. she can recreate busted parts of her self.
2. she's evil.
3. in one of Dennis's dreams an eerie green light floats around her.
4. she "hypnotizes" Arnie.
5. kills a lot of people.
oh yeah...and it's a car with a mind of it's own!I mean how many of them do you see a day....well I suppose herbie......oh hang on he could be a mysteron too... but a good one.....and he's ever so cute *hugs herbie

What did we Christines do to deserve it, I ask? It's not our fault our parents chose to name us thus. Personally, having been told I could have been Melanie ( and then maybe nicknamed Watermelon, so my dad believed) I tend to think I have been fortunate.
However, batting for the Mysterons is just too too much !

I will have to consider my revenge....

I suppose things can be Mysterons. It'd certainly explain some of the annoying things my PC does from time to time...
As I have been known to say: I love technology, with a passion close to homicidal.

My first PC (way back pre-Windows, we're talking DOS 3.3!) was so bad that I slapped two paper-reinforcement rings on a corner of the monitor frame and actually nicknamed it "Mysteron"! It had this nasty habit of partially destroying files and recreating them... but it must have been a Mysteron wannabe, because they were never *exact* likenesses I got back...

Christine: Know all about it! Before I was married I went by my first and middle name, because that's what my parents called me. Unfortunately I was relentlessly teased every time someone with that name came up in the news, and casual acquaintances, businesspeople, junk mail etc. CONSTANTLY got either my first OR last name wrong (my maiden name was sort of a double one too, one with one of those two-letter prefixes)

BTW I used to work in a building where the elevators were so bad one of THEM was named Christine...

And, on the 'Is the car a Mysteron?' note...yes. Yes it is. I'm reading the book at the moment, and I definately think it is.
