162mm long, 42mm high. Profile is accurate apart from the canopy which has been modelled on the curved canopy of the old Imai plastics kits. Those glossy Spectrum decals are there again. The nose and front fins are a one piece rubbery plastic so the kids don't stab themselves I suppose. No moving or action parts. The front skid is molded into the bottom fuselage so if you want to display a flying version you'll have to saw it off with a hacksaw.
There is a rather visible horizontal split along the front fuselage underneath the canopy where the two parts of the fuselage join together.
Very nice toy/model. Just the White Falcon now - due at the end of September.

Corgi White Falcon. 137mm long, 108mm wide, 26mm high. It's pretty accurate. There are no action/moving parts. Has a transparent canopy with a seated Destiny fugure. the nose is not as soft as the Angel but is still a rubber/plastic so the kids don't poke their eyes out. The front landing wheels are cast in one piece with the bottom fuselage so as with the Angel you have to saw it off if you want a flying display. No rear wheels, it's based on the Skybase launch/landing which uses the rear skids (the episode "Circle of Doom" shows the rear undercarriage wheels).
In all it's a very accurate toy. I wish it could have been a little larger - say 3 to 5 cm longer would have been superb. I wouild have been happy to pay more for a version say as long as the Rhino. Maybe Aoshima will bring out a 1/72nd scale plastic kit one day?
With the series 2 DVD out today I think that's it for New Captain Scarlet merchandising, although hopefully the Japanese manufacturers will create some nice models.
All the best,
Yorkie.
