Mr. Anderson: Please let me begin by taking this opportunity to express my sincere gratitude for many, uncounted hours of imaginative enjoyment (specifically, fan-fiction) based on the programs that you and your creative teams produced in the 1960's. In the years since the original Captain Scarlet left my local airwaves, I have been privileged to have encountered a number of other enthusiastic Classic Scarlet fans who have become pen-pals and e-pals and very close friends, immeasurably enriching an already busy life. While this spin-off may have been unintentional, do you find it gratifying that your various programs have inspired such positive and long-lived effects among members of your original audience?

This board will be left open for the following week, until the selection committee had chosen the few questions that will be submitted to Aegis, to give to Gerry Anderson. In the meantime, if you have other questions, act QUICKLY! And write it over here for us to consider adding it to the list.

I noticed in both 'The Homecoming' and 'Swarm' some character movements didn't seem to be done using motion capture, and therefore didn't look as realistic as other scenes. I assume keyframe animation was used for these.
Is there a limited amount of motion capture that is used for each episode due to lack of time or difficulties in the motion capture process? I feel the realisitic movements seen so far really draw me in to the whole series, and I would love to see a lot more in each episode.

The questions have now been submitted to the selection committee to decide which will be chosen to sent to Gerry Anderson. The selected questions will be sorted, and some of them combined to avoid repetitiveness. Please don't feel anything personal if your question has not been selected and/or tampered with. We want to present the best selection possible to Gerry.
To that effect, names of contributors will be associated to the questions - so if you prefer to give your real name, instead of your forum pseudonym, please contact me on PM and give it to me. But if to the contrary, you prefer to stay anonymous, the forum pseudonym will be used.
The questions will be posted on this forum eventually, and on the site, for you to see them. At the next available opportunity, they will be given to our friend Aegis, to pass on to Gerry.
Thank you all again for your questions, folks! This board is now close, and we won't take more questions, but you are welcome to open a new board to post comments.
Stay tuned!
