Scarlet gifts

Also what Scarlet/Anderson related gift(s) did you receive in the past? It doesn't have to be a Christmas gift specifically.

The following link shows a recent auction for the identical vehicle and the photographs show what a great model it is.

I still cannot understand why the Thunderbirds Are Go version is the limited edition one but the Captain Scarlet one is not - surely it should have been the other way round?

(Needless to say, my oldest sister thought I was a little nutty for my infatuation with "Puppets"! But, she was the one who gave me those movies and she watched them with me. I guess she doesn't think I'm so nutty, after all!! )

A few years later I was at a Gerry Anderson exhibition at a small art gallery in Melbourne and struck up a conversation with another GA fan. Guess what she got for her 40th birthday?

The kids both got the set of mini-vehicles - the pack with the Rhino and Albatross.
Youngest still wants Skybase but the old Cloudbase has so many bits broken off it I didn't want to spend that much money again. If anyone sees it going for a tenner anywhere please let me know!
