Captain Scarlet article

I hope it's all right to post this here - I wasn't sure whether it belonged here or in another part of the forum.
During my undergraduate studies, I joined a Doctor Who fan society* which runs a fanzine, "The Tides of Time". Since then, I've occasionally contributed reviews, articles etc.
The reason I mention this is that, for the last issue, I sent in an article where I discuss Captain Scarlet and how it compares to Doctor Who episodes from around the same time period. You can download the issue here: https://oxforddoctorwho-tidesoftime.blo ... 6-is-here/ (My article is on pages 66 to 77.)
Again, I hope this is all right to post? I apologise for the shameless self-promotion, but I thought some of you may find the article interesting to read.

Despite my deep and abiding love for the original puppet show, I am a devotee of New Captain Scarlet, the CGI series broadcast in 2005 (as you may have guessed from my moniker!) Like many other fans I was heartbroken at the appalling treatment of it by ITV. So many lost opportunities: the production team were really hitting their stride by the end of the second series. I understand a third series was planned and had this gone ahead, we might have had a conclusion to the War of Nerves, who knows? (Well, maybe Phil Ford does! )
