Ah, the last episode of this season of the Thunderbirds has played in my part of the world. And what an interesting series. You do really have to come at it in child like mind but if you do then it’s really quite fun. It is a pity that the episodes are only half an hour long, unlike the original, for there’s not a lot of time to expand the charters. (I don’t think we ever see Virgil playing the piano. So is he the musician/artist that he was originally?) Although in saying that, the old series spent a lot of time focusing on it’s machines.
Hmm, I wonder who the new baddy, that the Hood warned about, is? ;-$ Would it be intriguing if it turned out to be Jeff’s evil brother, sister, twin. (shock_0) Okay, okay I know that (from what I know) Jeff is suppose to be an only child but if they could and have changed other charters, then it’s possible. Or what about it turns out to be Brain’s evil brother, sister, twin. Hmm what an interesting puzzle, I guess we will just have to wait an see. Hopefully not for to long. :(

Hi VMR,
Virgil does tinkle the ivories of the grand piano in the lounge briefly towards the end of Episode 23, Chain of Command. Go on, you'll just have to watch it again - there's a shame...

Hi Carrie :)

I guess I will, if I can get a hold of it. To be honest I'm not even sure if I saw it. I find it hard sometimes to remember the story lines. Oh well, it's on my books to get the DVD's, so I know that I'll enjoy watching them again. :D

Just seen the teaser for the new series and tease it does. Apart from Jeff's ship/sub the greatest part is an old style IR hat with yellow trim. Instant thoughts of Virgil before common sense prevailed. Possibly Jeff's from an earlier incarnation of IR a la 'Fab Zero'. Coming soon is season 2, well in autumn which for the UK is anytime between September and December.
