Dracula is Dead: R.I.P. Sir Christopher Lee
Moderator: Spectrum Strike Force
This might seem like a totally unrelated topic, for those who don't know that Christopher Lee played his most iconic character in "Dracula, Prince of Darkness", which also featured, as co-stars, a certain Mr. Francis Matthews and a certain Mr. Charles Tingwell, who played brothers, about two years before "Captain Scarlet and the Mysterons" were broadcasted on TV.
Christopher Lee's carreer spanned some 70, and was mainly associated to the horror genre, although he had been seen in other types of movies. Aside from his unforgettable portrayal of Dracula, he played other iconic characters, such as Rasputin, the Monster of Frankenstein, Sherlock Holmes, Saruman the Wizard in "Lord of the Rings". He was often seen playing cameo in Tim Burton's movies, and managed to hold his own in Star Wars, in a light-saber fight against none other than Yoda...
This website offers his best wishes to the family and friends of Sir Christopher Lee. He will live on in our imagination.
