And I have a question about the Human-Mysteron Hybrids, What happens if Mysterons took a normal human, and instead of killing him/her, they perform an experiment that turns the person into living hybrid.
Would it work?
Would the person survive?
What would their powers be?
And How different would they be from Captain Scarlet and Captain Black?

Could they kill someone and turn them into a Mysteron spy of sorts to study the Earthmen for a while? Probably. Could the Mysterons have a replicant become involved with an Earthperson to produce offsprings? Why not? Is this a plot bunny that deserves to be explored? Definitely!
I think the closest to a hybrid as you can get is Scarlet, or any of his children (I consider Black more Mysteron than hybrid, but I guess that could be debatable). Now, whether he can actually have children, and if he would pass on his retrometabolic capacities to them is the subject of several (excellent) fanfictions, and is open to the interpretation of the authors. There's no wrong answer, really.
