Spectrum Passenger Jet
Moderator: Spectrum Strike Force
From the descriptions and cutaways it is described as being able to land on water using it's wings as hydroplanes. Is it able to travel along the water using this method? If so any idea what the maximum speed is? Or is it purely for amphibious take-offs and landings?
Second and final question. Is it my imagination or can the cockpit be ejected from the main body of the plane? If so does anyone have any more details on this? Descriptions would suffice!
Cheers

SPECTRUM PASSENGER JET
"The turbojet powered Spectrum Passenger Jet, or SPJ, is used to transport Spectrum agents and their equipment oer long distances. Crewed by a pilot and co-pilot, the SPJ can transport up to seen passengers at speeds of oer 1500 MPH. With fewer passengers, the passenger compartment can be fitted out into a conference room.
The SPJ's most distinctie feature are its swept forward wings and control surfaces. Such forward sweep proides for a high degree of control throughout the aircraft's speed envelope."
Judging from the cutaways or blueprints, there is no mention that the cockpit can be jettisoned from the main fuselage.
Rather, there is a transparent overhead canopy, that opens, to permit the pilot or passengers to eject. Scarlet & the World President ejected from the SPJ, in "The Mysterons".
