Has your post count gone down?

- Posts with a website link that is no longer valid;
- Posts referring to an event, such as a convention, TV transmission or DVD release that has already occurred.
This is done from time to time to keep the Forum tidy and more readable. Please be advised that we are mainly deleting the posts (and sometimes whole SHORT threads) that refer to these expired items and trying to keep as much discussion as possible.
Those who have posted comments in the CGI Discussion section will notice this the most, mainly because a number of topics there referred to speculation about series merchandising, episodes etc. that have already been released.
We also have noticed a large number of comments, spread across several topics and polls, referring to similar subjects such as members' favorite episodes. While these will probably not be deleted, we may consolidate these into fewer comprehensive threads at a later date. One reason these topics were spread throughout the CGI section in the first place is that the sheer volume of topics made the original threads difficult to locate.
We will leave you with the friendly reminder that one-word or emoticon responses, particularly those specifically targeted toward increasing a forum member's post count, will not be tolerated.
