For those who don't understand the post: the New Captain Scarlet series is currently available in French on Illico cable box in the province of Quebec, from the provider Videotron. You need to pay a monthly fee of 9,99$ to get the special access to many TV series and movies, but the episodes of the NCS series itself is free from any fees, after that.
