A big thankyou all all of you who have posted stories here. I have really enjoyed reading them and have a number of favourites which I keep on rereading. Thankyou Chris for posting that last chapter of Murky Waters as I've been longing to find out what happen next, (rushing home, turning on the computer to see if you had posted). Now I'll wait patiently for the next one. Again a BIG thankyou to you writers and know that there are people like me who find it hard to communicate in the writen form but do wish you to know that you're appreciated.

Thanks for the nice message. I'm sure every writer who will see it will be happy to learn that writing these stories and posting them here are worthwhile, as there are people out there who read them and like them.

As for Murky Waters, you'll be happy to know that there's three parts left to the story, and that ALL of them have been written. They are currently in the beta-reading process, and should be posted soon. You'll finally learn how this story is ending after so many years!

Hi, Vickie and thanks for your lovely comments. We die-hard fans of Captain Scarlet and New Captain Scarlet continue to write stories because we love the characters, even after all these years. We don't always know who might be interested in reading them, of course, so it's always very nice to get positive feedback.

Vicky, what a lovely note. So glad you are enjoying the wealth of quality reading on Colonel Chris's quality website. I can hardly believe it's nearly ten years since I exhausted all the stories here (that were available at the time) and then decided to put pen to paper (or fingers to keys) and tentatively sent my first story to Colonel Chris in the hope she might add it to her archives. Some of the writers on the website have become my best friends, and we have had so much fun down the years plotting/dissecting.brainstorming together. We do, as Skybase Girl says, primarily write for ourselves and each other, and for the fun of it, but it is always great to know that other people out there might still be enjoying them!
