I really enjoyed this one - great character development with enough action to keep it interesting. So was it the Rhino armor that perhaps weakened the Mysteron influence on Black or was it Scarlet's persuasion and presence? Or could it have been the water or even ice that shielded Black - he did come out of it right when he got to the surface.

Great animation - loved the underwater scenes. Black walking off into the storm was excellent.

I thought for a moment that Black was going to continue to be 'Conrad' only to be attacked by Blue on the surface and then revert back to Mysteron control (aka UFO's Survival episode).

When I first saw this episode, and I'm not kidding about what I'm going to say, I really thought that Black was going to help Scarlet out of the water and when I knew this wasn't going to happen I thought Black was going to force Scarlet under the water

Dissapointed both times!

But I loved them having the chance to put their 'differences' aside so that they could get out

i enjoyed this one too. it had great action in it, looked really realisitic! but it shows who is stronger out off those 2!

Stronger in what way, adam/emma ? I gues if it's physical strength, then Black's probably shown that in a couple of episodes. Don't really have a problem with that !

If you mean Scarlet is the stronger of the two, do you mean that you think that's because he has been able to resist the Mysteron influence and Black can't ?

I know Capt Blue seemed to be of the opinion ( in Touch of the Reaper ), that Scarlet's ability to remain uncontrolled by the Mysterons was because he was quote]"too strong for them". That seems to imply that some sort of strengh physical or mental, was involved in the whole process, and I'm not sure I go along with that. Still trying to work it out ! [/quote]
