Anyway, questions for Dominic:
1. What projects are you working on now?
2. How do you rate the Thunderbirds 2004 movie you worked on? (Great updated designs by the way Dominic!)
3. Do you think a wholly CGI version of Thunderbirds would have fared better?
4. Do you see a future for more CGI series or is it currently too expensive to make whole series this way?
5. What is your background? How did you get into the business?
6. On the series what was the best part of the job, and the worst?

When will I get these questions? or shall I answer them here?
All the best

Thank you very much for answering all my questions to you a few months ago. For other forum members this is the link:

I do have a few other questions although most of them may be the subject of confidentiality agreements or copyright. Even if only one question is answered that would be something!
Here are my latest questions:
1. I don't know much about HDTV but I understand New Captain Scarlet was filmed in HD. Does this mean that a new HD DVD boxset will be released in due course? (If so, I would expect it to be a best seller in that format.)
2. I saw the pictures in FAB 54 magazine of the version of the Cheetah Rapid Response Vehicle which you designed. I assume that Gerry made the final decision on which version to use but my question is was there similar competition over any of the other vehicles? Perhaps, as Peter Stevens is a car designer, he was only asked to look at the Cheetah?
3. Copyright probably applies here but is there any chance of you posting some of your designs for vehicles that never made it to the screen in NCS? For example, FAB 54 has pictures of a fantastic version of Air Force 1 which could have been developed for Touch of the Reaper.
Many Thanks and Best Wishes

I hope you are well and happy.
To an answer your questions;
1 Sorry but I have no idea about the box sets. To me it would make sense to release a HD box set. I understand that NCS is being shown in HD in the states and Japan. If this were true, I would love to hear how it is doing.
2 Peter only did the one design. I had a free run at al the other spectrum craft. There were a few other great concept artists working with us in the department who helped flesh out the rest of the world and characters.

Thanks once again for your answers. Your reply to question 3 is particularly tantalising!
