Being one of the lighters and animators on both series' of the NCS, i'm really interested in what episodes u guys liked the most. Which episodes had the best story, or action sequence or CG. I have my own. I thought Enigma was the most interesting, Fallen angels had some of the best lighting (forest scenes) and Rat trap had some of the best action sequences.
p.s None of the above involved any of my work . Dont wanna be bias
Looking forward to your opinions

Go on Purvez, we like a bit of bias around here;-)
Only seen season 1, but love Heist and Rain of Terror but the best two actions scenes are the Angels display in Circles of Doom and the fencing in The Homecoming.
Saw Grey Skulls as well and thought that was great, especially Colonel White's facal expressions as he's bawling out Ochre.

Here is part of a review that I placed on the Amazon website:
"The attention to detail beggars belief and the heady combination of Motion Capture (used to animate the characters instead of strings!) and CGI is a joy. The locations, vehicles and characters are brought to life in an exhilarating, fast moving show with unbelievable lighting effects."
In my opinion, the lighting has (unexpectedly) turned out to be the feature which has brought most pleasure to me as a viewer. It certainly brings home what a wonderful visual world we live in.
For me the aurora borealis lighting in Best of Enemies was a revelation - I really felt like I was there!

This is quite a difficult question to answer without going back and watching every episode again! But I would say that the first episode my family was totally hooked on in the first series was Rat Trap, we all found it gripping with non-stop action from start to finish!
I also liked Trap for a Rhino, good story and scary little old lady - who must be one of the few extras never to be seen again in a later episode?!
I thought Chiller was a really good too, loved the story and how the characters reacted throughout, and the bit of mo' cap with Captain Blue and the bomb.
In the second series I really liked Storm at the End of the World. I thought the CGI was brilliant, and I liked the story. I thought the CGI in Shapeshifter was really good, especially the scenes in the sewers when they used night vision. The underwater scenes in Best of Enemies was also really great to watch. Enigma is an episode which was memorable for the shift between futuristic spaceship and a good old fashioned Christmas, and also for being quite creepy.
Duel was fun with the trip to Mars. So was Syrtis Major. I liked all the episodes not set on earth.
I'll probably remember all sorts of other things when I get to watch it all again though!
Just remembered, in Virus when Scarlet and Blue were driving in the Cheetah, I remember seeing the shadows from the car passing backwards and forwards over their faces as they wound their way along a mountain road. That was so cool!

I don't know any other kids that have watched it, and because of the lack of advertising I don't think any of my son's friends even knew it was on.
