the ability to remove all the "Pauls" "Adams" "Conrads" from the dialogue .. & replace them with "Captain Scarlet" "Captain Blue "Captain Black"
I would vote for that one!

I would very much like to see these pilot episodes before these changes were made so that I can judge the improvements for myself.
Everything else has been covered - it would be great to see Nigel Plaskitt performing Captain Black and Mike Hayley performing Colonel White using the split-screen method already mentioned.
It would also be nice to have the trailer from several years ago which never made it. I have seen it on a website somewhere but it would be better to have it in the second DVD boxset.
I too would like to see interviews with the main protagonists, or failing this, a profile with photos and career history.
Finally, a large group photograph(s) showing everyone involved with a key giving their names. There was a similar photo back in the Supermarionation days. We can then pick out Aegis and CAClark!

Yeah I'd go for that.
Nice to acknowledge that they have names, seems right in the context of friendships etc, and that they are people/characters aside from just spectrum officiers.
Even so it's a bit grating at times, and inappropriate.

This episode was replaced in the schedule by "Grey Skulls" but the brief resume sounded quite exciting - a bit like something out of "The Avengers".
It would also be interesting to hear the reason for "House of Dolls" being dropped - was it impractical to make, too frightening for small children or what?
