In the NCS episode Contact, when Blue goes into the room to see how Scarlet is (& ask him how long it'll take to get his legs back), how come (when we see the outside of skybase) we see Scarlet with what looks like legs... well, boots anyway. Surely he/they wouldn't have bothered to put them?
As I have said, I'm sure if this is a blooper...
that's madness with a little 'm'... as in 'crazy'...

In "The Heart of New York", the Mysterons announce their intention of using Mankind's greed and corruption to destroy the heart of New York - which they've presumably already decided is going to be the Second National Bank. We know that the threat has been received by Spectrum because Scarlet and Blue refer to it on their way to New York after investigating the break-in at Spectrum's security vault. But at the time the threat is delivered, the crooks haven't even discovered what the vault's contents are, let alone hatched their fiendishly clever plan to pretend to be Mysterons. So are the Mysterons just astonishingly good at double-guessing humans, or what?
Secondly, in "Lunarville 7", the seat belts that Captain Scarlet and Lieutenant Green are wearing in the lunar rover are different colours. Initially Scarlet's is red and Green's is white - but in the very next shot it is Green who is wearing the red belt, and Scarlet who is wearing the white one. In the next shot, the belts are reversed once more.
We can probably dispose of the first one by remembering that the Mysterons have powers we cannot hope to understand, but it's hard to imagine why the Mysterons might want to apply their incomprehensible powers to swap a moon buggy's seat belts over, unless it's to try to frighten Scarlet into crashing the thing!

I think that they may have been referring to paralysis rather than an actual loss of limb, which would explain why Scarlet still appears to have his legs. I did think it was rather odd that he was still wearing his boots, though, rather than slippers.

In 'the Inquisition' When Captain Blue leaps through the Window, you can see the puppeteers hand lobbing him!
In Fire at Rig 15, where the SPV is running alongside Jason Smith's van, you can see that the van's cab has no floor
