Not fair... I still haven't got freeview or anything ... could someone try and record it and send it to me? (by email, if possible?)... we've improved/upgraded everything (e.g. the computers) but the TV.
Hope everyone else will enjoy it, though.

Incidentally, I think this might be the first time that "The Perils of Penelope" and "Sun Probe" have ever been aired as consecutive episodes...which they always should have been really.

I have BBC4 and a DVD recorder; so would be willing to burn the shows onto DVD and send copies to anyone who'd like it.
(that seems the best way to do it, otherwise it'd need to be uploaded to youtube or a file share/download site, which for various reasons I'm not inclined to do).
Of course this would require me figuring out how to transfer to recorded stuff on to DVD; which might take a while, lol.
Anyway, PM me and we'll figuring something out.

I know how that feels! Our rabbit chewed through the power cord to the cordless phone, rendering it useless

Of course the girls would never do anything like that; always so cute and well behaved. Not quite so fun though.

Best way to copy a DVD is DVD Shrink. Obviously, it must only be used for non-copyrighted material, and should never, ever be used for shop-bought DVDs (ahem).
The official website is http://www.dvdshrink.org, but as they point out, they can't legally host or link to it, as whilst the program itself is not illegal, it can be potentially abused by people pirating discs. They suggest that you search Google for a copy, and I wouldn't want to put Chris in a difficult position by providing a link.
They also recommend that you use Nero or CopytoDVD to burn the copied discs. I have used both Nero and an older version of CopytoDVD, but my personal favourite is Roxio's Drag-to-Disc, if you have it. Any DVD burning software you possess should do the trick.
On an aside, all three of my rabbits have been girls, and between them have eaten half of the kitchen table, several of my shoes and many electrical cables to table lamps and the TV, but fortunately never anything irreparable. (well, except the shoes)

I have used Nero too - and it worked okay for me.
(Just so I don't get a slap on the wrist from the Mods for not mentioning Captain Scarlet related things at all... )
