Welcome to the annual Spectrum Calendar, This year we showcase the brave men and women of our organisation staying fit and active in their usual dynamic fashion. 

As C-in-C it's  difficult for me to leave the confines of Cloudbase, therefore I usually pursue the rather more sedentary sport of chess. However, on occasion (or when Dr Fawn gives me no choice in the matter!) I take to the water on my sailboat and enjoy some bracing fresh air. You can take the man out of the sea, but not the sea out of the man.
